Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, after you enter your delivery address. No estimate can be provided before this step.
30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless the item was damaged or wrong. EU customers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal, no reason needed.
Warranty is the manufacturer's and varies by product; it is stated on each item where one applies. Buyers in the EU keep their 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from Perfect Group.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or use incompatible with the product's specifications.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of France.
